Returns

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within the applicable statutory cancellation period, including the 14-day withdrawal period where applicable.

If you wish to return an order, please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Products should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible, with all included components and packaging.

Faulty or damaged products

If your soniksafe arrives damaged, defective or does not function as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs or a short video showing the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Change-of-mind returns
